Behind the Shoot! 9/20/11

The shoot with model Michelle Blanchard and photographer Darrin Cherry went really great! I decided to go for a retro theme hair do and I think it turned out really good and meshed well with our theme of the shoot.

Darrin's studio was located in the second tallest building in Austin and the view from his balcony was amazing! We were so high up and you could see the whole city!

I can't wait for them to finally arrive! They are being printed at Vista Print right now and I should have them in my little hands in the next week or so!

Wednesday is over.

Today I used this new scalp treatment and also a deep moisturizing conditioner treatment on my hair. Was impressed by the moisturizing conditioner treatment and I'll def use that on clients again but not the scalp treatment. Ever since I moved down south I've noticed my head being more itchy and my scalp being dryer due to the climate change and even after the use of the product I didn't get the results I expected:(

Going to be dying my hair all brown soon! Getting rid of the blonde, gonna be looking for that all natural look!

Working a double at Chuys' tomorrow!  : / Gonna be very tired from that but come Friday evening I'll be able to get some time again and finish up this website! And I'll know if I'll have enough for my bed or not cause Friday is PAY DAY! My favorite day of any week! AND I'll also know more details about another up and coming photo shoot for UNCROPPED MAGAZINE! so excited!

Wednesday Shoot Rescheduled!

So looks like tomorrow's shoot is gonna be a rain check :( Flaky models left us with out anything to shoot or dress up, BUT with losing the old model we gained one of my favorites! Michelle Blanchard, my beautiful, talented, creative roommate booked the job and the shoot is now scheduled sometime this coming Monday! More details coming soon!
